It’s Time To Know More About Might Be Famous

Bio: Might Be Famous is an online music store for players who enjoy chasing tone. Find the right gear at the right price when you shop for guitars, effect pedals, bass, recording gear, microphones, and more.

Q: What’s your motto or the advice you live by?

Ans: When we select gear to offer on our site we also look for both practical equipment first. Our second choice has always been to offer less common equipment. Some musicians are looking guitars, pedals, etc that aren’t as common, or less popular to try to get a more unique sound, which makes since if you’re trying to differentiate yourself and stand out from the crowd.

Q: At what age did you become interested in music?

ANS:  I personally started playing when I was 15 years old and fell in love with music. I couldn’t stop playing and my obsession grew from there. Now I offer some of that some great equipment at my music store.

Q:Do you have any advice for anyone wanting to sing as a career or just advice about careers in general?

Ans : Yes, if you’re looking to start a band I would firstly say that you need to practice daily and become the best you can. Secondly, buy the best gear you can afford and try out lots of it.  You never know what guitar, microphone, fx pedal is going to be the right fit for you unless you experiment. You will be surprised how different the same song can sound just by switching up the gear you use.

Q:When and why did you start your online store?

ANS: I started Might Be Famous because I love music. I enjoy playing all kinds of genres and being creative. Everyday I get to work with the brand is great. It doesn’t feel like work at all and I get to meet some amazing musicians along the way.

Q:  Which instruments do you play?

Ans:  I personally play guitar, bass guitar, drums, and violin. I have been wanting to learn how to play the keyboard as well.

Q:  Describe your first instrument. Other instruments.

Ans: My first instrument was a Fernandez electric guitar.  It was a black Stratocaster body and it took some abuse. I took it everywhere and was always fixing something on it. When players are searching for their first electric guitar I usually recommend getting something along these same lines. Some good choices you might consider are Squire, Donner, Fernandez, or a Mexican made Fender if you can afford it.

Q: Do you teach music?

Ans: We don’t currently offer any music lessons on the website but hope to offer this at some point. I know that there are already a number of good places already to learn guitar, like the ones offered by Fender. We do, however, do a number of gear reviews as well as product unboxing on the Might Be Famous YouTube channel.

Thanks for taking time out of your day:)
