An Exclusive Interview With Tony Suavo

 Suave is an aspiring UK based RNB and Hip Hop urban MC. With origins from South London he has a smooth street style and lyrics laced with sophistication and finesse. Within his music he portrays real messages surrounded by an old-schoolHip Hop ambiance.

Suave found his passion for music when performing in the choir at a young age, this rapidly progressed to performing at local shows during his college years. A combination of his rich culture, intelligent lyrical flow and passion for music has brought us to know the MC Suave we know today.

Currently Suave is in the process of producing his first mix tape. This will be available for download on various platforms such as iTunes, Spotify and more. He is currently enjoying hosting at various clubs and venues across the UK and will eventually be looking to go on tour.

Q:When you decide it’s time to make a new record, is that more exciting or stressful?

Ans: Yes, always exciting

Q:  How do you shut things out?

Ans: I tend to let the beat just flow through me

Q: How easily do songs tend to come to you?

Ans : depending on what mood am in, quite easily usually starts with a melody

Q: What’s your motto or the advice you live by?

Ans: live free, free in thought, free in life

Q: For our readers who have never heard your music, explain your sound in 5 words?

Ans: Alternative tbh, am not genre specific I have sngs ranging from dubstep to soul

Q: You write all of your own music; where do you draw inspiration from when you write songs and what’s your favorite part about the proccess?

Ans: Yes, abslutely. I draw inspiration from everyday life situations, mostly family and friends lol.

Q: At what age did you start singing?

ANS: Probably 10, was in a choir at boarding school.

Q:Who are your inspirations?

Ans: Tupac, Michael Jackson, 50 cent

Q: If you could perform with anyone, in the future, who would it have to be?

Ans: Definitely Shatta wale

Q:What is your favorite song to sing live?

Ans: 90’s dreaming

Q:Do you have any events coming up or recording going on right now?

Ans: Well I had a few shows lined up before the whole Covid pandemic, catch me at any local venues near you soon.
