Vernon Little hails from the Bronx where he has been rapping and recording for the past 30 years. He is an extremely talented artist who really has something important to say.

Q:When you decide it’s time to make a new record, is that more exciting or stressful?

Ans: It’s exciting to write. I look forward to writing songs that inspire people.

Q: What’s your motto or the advice you live by?

Ans:”Put God first, and everything else will fall into place.

Q: What is you favorite song to belt out at the bar/in the car?

ANs: ‘Everything’ by Nas.

Ans: Old school, hip hop, gospel, encouraging, and informative.

Q: At what age did you start singing?

ANS: 15

Ans: Kirk Franklin.

Ans: ‘The Chance To Tell You’

Q:Do you have any events coming up or recording going on right now?

Ans: Yes. I’m performing at Colony 274 in Brooklyn, N.Y. on Sept. 16 at 8 pm.

Q: How do you handle mistakes during a performance?

Ans: I just keep going.

Q: Do you get nervous before a performance or a competition?

Ans: I’m nervous up until the introduction. After the introduction, I’m fine.
