
My Name is Andy Jones, and I am part time musician and a part time piano teacher. I also work with Video Game companies to produce Game music.
Q: How easily do songs tend to come to you?
Ans : Music comes naturally to me. You can often see me humming some song or another. But I often face difficulty in converting all my emotions to actual music.
Q: What’s your motto or the advice you live by?
Ans: Where words fail, Music speak. Music has helped me at various stages in my life. I owe it to music.
Q: What is you favorite song to belt out at the bar/in the car?
ANs: Pina Colada. I don’t have any reason. But I like the simplicty of the song.
Q: For our readers who have never heard your music, explain your sound in 5 words?
Ans: I dont blame the people who haven’t heard my music yet. I haven’t released anything meaningful yet. But soon i will definitely make a significant contribution to the world of music.
Q: You write all of your own music; where do you draw inspiration from when you write songs and what’s your favorite part about the proccess?
ANS: I start by hitting Random chords on my piano. Chords give me the a lot of inspiration. I can relate a new song with every chord on the piano. And chord by chord, i get a beautiful melody worthy of being called “Music”
Q:Who are your inspirations?
Ans: I Like Camila Cabello very much. Her song Havana is one of my favourites. I recently did a piano cover of Havana on my website and it was well received.
Q: If you could perform with anyone, in the future, who would it have to be?
Ans: WIthout a Doubt, I would like to play music for Camila while she sings one of her popular songs.
Q:What is your favorite song to sing live?
Ans: Hotel California and Pina Colada. I just like the old time and its music. Its called the golden era of music for a reason.
Q: Which instruments do you play?
Ans: Apart from Piano, I play a little bit of Flute and Harmonium. I even create a website Mypianonotes.com to teach piano to anyone who wants to learn music.
Q: Is your family musical?
Ans: No, I am first in my entire family and family-tree to pursue a career purely in Music.
Q: Describe your first instrument. Other instruments.
Ans: My First Instrument was an Electric Keyword with less than 30 Keys. It wasn’t even properly tuned. I bought it for cheap from a local market. But I feel in love it with almost instantly and soon upgraded to a better keyword.
Q: What do you practice – exercises, new tunes, hard tunes, etc.?
Ans: I often play the popular pop songs on my piano. I play it for my friends, or anyone who needs a piano player to practice their singing performance. Doing this regularly eliminates the need of practise for me.
Q: Do you teach music?
Ans: Yes. I am part time Piano teacher and I teach everyone from Kids to Adults.
