Q: How easily do songs tend to come to you?
Ans : its a vibe a feeling you know? I usually know when I have music inside of me and I just lock myself my room and catch a vibe and go from there.
Q: For our readers who have never heard your music, explain your sound in 5 words?
Ans: Vivid, Visionary , Dope, Pure , Edgy
Q: You write all of your own music; where do you draw inspiration from when you write songs and what’s your favorite part about the proccess?
ANS: I usually just smoke, lock myself in the room and zone out my favorite part of the process is when I write more than 2 songs at once I would write a hook and a verse then switch to another track and do the same its keeps my creativity fresh i don’t burn out quick then i just go back to the first song and finish it and finish the second one afterward.
Q:Who are your inspirations?
Ans: Always the greatest Nas , Biggie , of course Jay z and even though its cliche at this point but Pac and then a lot of the new artist out like Kendrick , Future J.cole even Chance the rapper is dope I like alot of the new music as long as its progressive for the culture.
Q: If you could perform with anyone, in the future, who would it have to be?
Ans: Nas most ,definitely that’s the goat along side Jay and has always been my favorite rapper since illmatic
Q:What is your favorite song to sing live?
Ans: Horizon cause ,it has such an emotional response
Q:Do you have any events coming up or recording going on right now?
Ans: Well I am releasing my debut E.P titled Genesis because this is the beginning of it all and I am lining up shows as we speak so soon come.
Q:Do you have any advice for anyone wanting to sing as a career or just advice about careers in general?
Ans : Don’t give up or let anybody put there insecurities on you and tell you your wasting your time and you get a real job forget all that! if you great be great also if you good at something never do it for free! heheh
Q: What are your fondest musical memories? In your house? In your neighborhood or town?
Ans: hearing myself on the radio for the first time ever I couldnt believe it
Q: Were you influenced by old records & tapes? Which ones?
Ans: always even the oldies my mom and pops would listen to like the stylistics I love them to this day
